Basic is a low-cost fare designed for price-conscious travellers with definite travel plans. It allows you to enjoy the same great inflight experience at a lower cost, but comes with some restrictions:
- A standard carry-on bag is not permitted, but a personal item (such as a purse or laptop) is welcome in the cabin.
- Flight changes and refunds are not allowed.
- Online check-in is permitted, but boarding passes must be picked up at the airport counter.
- You earn fewer VIPorter points.
